Manga, introduction to the technique
Drawing camp for teens aged 12 to 17 27-29 December 2023
An introductory manga drawing programme which follows rigorous and continuously updated teaching by professors from the European Manga Academy. A basic-level laboratory where students will build their first “yon-koma”, a narrative scene in four parts. And lastly the fundamentals of anatomical drawing, block construction, the management of expressiveness and the basics of nib pen inking.

- From Wednesday 27 December 2023 to friday 29 December 2023, from 11:00 to 19:00
**Course programme**
**December 27**: frontal drawing of the face, division into bands, positioning of the elements, differences in gender stereotypes and elements of ageing, handling of eye shapes, three-quarter and profile framing, hair and hairstyles.
**December 28**: front and profile body drawing, variable proportions, hands and feet.
**December 29**: three-quarter body drawing, introduction to clothing and footwear, inking tools and materials, inking movements and methods, modulation exercises and first ink effects, kinetic lines.
