Workshop to lighten the hardships of living 20 April – 25 May 2024
The objective of the workshop is to play out difficulties, doubts, the relationship with emotions and with life to make them lighter:
to exorcise the things we face with so much effort every day.
In our sessions we will use divergent thinking: the ability to break the mould, with a pinch of irreverence, thus exploring possible alternatives.
Ultimately, the purpose of life is to enjoy life itself.
