Body Consciousness

The meetings are proposed as a path of self-knowledge, self-listening and awareness focusing on the search for well-being, with a theoretical-experiential programme aimed at restoring psycho-physical and energetic balance through physical exercises to regain perception and awareness of one’s own body. The body is not only a physical structure but also the result of emotional experiences and energy fields. Body awareness becomes the anchor that keeps us in the present, in connection with all levels of existence and with caring for ourselves, even if only through correct postures and targeted exercises, as it helps to regain natural well-being.

Getting to Know our Bodies

The first meeting is dedicated to the knowledge and perception of the different parts of the body and how they affect posture and psycho-physical well-being. This is followed by an experiential part with physical, energetic and meditation exercises to bring about greater psycho-body awareness. The meeting ends with the participants sharing their experience.
Working on Posture

We recognise the importance of correct posture as the prevention or correction of the most common disharmonies and painful states. The experiential session offers exercises and tips for maintaining the right position standing, sitting and moving. The meeting ends with the participants sharing their experience.
Discovering Breathing
- Saturday 29 April 2023 at 10:30 - 12:30
We will learn to pay attention to our breathing, getting to know its mechanisms and different ways of using it. The experiential session offers specific exercises to give greater elasticity and functionality to the chest and abdomen, improve posture, and increase control of anxious states.

Exploring the Body's Energies

We explore knowledge of the body's energetic aspects and the experiential part proposes 'Do In' exercises to stimulate and improve energy circulation according to traditional Chinese medicine.
