Read the present

Considering the Twenties of the 21st Century 9 February – 05 May 2022

CUBO in Porta Europa - Piazza Vieira de Mello 3 e 5 Bologna
09 Feb 2022 - 05 May 2022

How can you “read the present”? What figures can help us interpret it?

In this series our guests will recount the richness and multiplicity of experiences and skills that form their professional paths as journalists, philosophers, communicators or essayists and the way in which these contribute to define their view of the complex “twenties” that we are experiencing.

Through these perspectives, we will try to interpret some trends that the last decades have given us – increasing inequalities, international instability, the crisis of democracies and difficulty in understanding complexity – looking at the great transformations that we see opening up on the horizon. How are our lives changing? What will we remember about these years? Will we be able to govern the transitions and chart a course for this decade?
