The Unipol Group initiatives for the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women 21 - 25 november 2020

​To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, CUBO and Iniziative di Welfare, in collaboration with IRS (Institute for Social Research), propose a series of events to reflect on this theme.

The image chosen to communicate the event is a detail from the work Nippon Song by artist Luca Bellandi, one of the most recent editions to the Unipol Group’s Artistic Heritage.​

Against gender violence and stereotyping at school

A conference to highlight how schools can help teach children how to respect differences and combat gender violence in all its forms.
Introduced by **Pierluigi Stefanini**, Chairman of the Unipol Group. Contributors: **Elly Schlein**, Vice Chairman Region of Emilia Romagna, **Chiara Brescianini**, Regional School Technical Manager, **Alberto Alberani**, Head of the Legacoop Sociali regional committee, **Michela Marzano**, philosopher, writer, professor of moral philosophy at Université Paris Descartes. The conference concludes with a theatrical performance by **Tita Ruggeri** based on a text by writer **Eugenio Cardi**.
The conference consists of three workshops dedicated to teachers and educators in the infant to secondary school education area.

Teaching equality. Pedagogical trajectories for a joint commitment on the part of schools and families + Plenary introduction

Unveiling of red bench

The Unipol Group donates a second red bench to the city of Bologna, at Via Larga under the Unipol Tower, following the first one unveiled in the gardens of Porta Europa last year.
