The evolutionary power of dreams... in our midsummer walk
- From Monday 29 August 2022 to thursday 1 September 2022, from 17:30 to 19:30
More than ever at this moment in history, we feel the need to reconnect with nature and what we commonly identify as natural. The precious specificity of dreams is the fact that they are a natural phenomenon, and the two masters who first dealt with dreams, respectively Freud and Jung, had different ideas about the subject.
This experiential workshop on dreams draws on psychological theories that regard dream activity as naturally therapeutic, a phenomenon that must express itself because of its inherent wisdom.
Using the Jungian and Gestalt approaches, during the workshop we will experience the creative and orientative nature of dreams, exploring the dream world through the production of images.

Video Public Speaking
- From Monday 4 July 2022 to thursday 7 July 2022, from 17:30 to 19:30
During this course, each participant can improve their ability to communicate in videos. Each meeting will focus on learning a new technique related to the topic.
It starts with "self presentation", outlining objectives and rhetorical tools best suited to storytelling and communication, and ends with the composition of content to be shared in videos. We will not neglect the analysis and knowledge of the audience, examining communication strategies that can help the "remote" connection.
Suitable for all those who need to communicate their skills in front of a camera, for those who need to learn how to best communicate their professionalism and skills in videos.

Digital storytelling
How to tell your story
- From Monday 18 July 2022 to thursday 21 July 2022, from 17:30 to 19:30
Storytelling is a form of communication with ancient origins that people have always used to pass on stories and knowledge. Today it is mainly used in the digital environment to effectively convey one's products, brand or service.
The course aims to address the main tools for using conscious digital writing in a practical way, learning about them and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. At the end of the course, participants will know how to write a story and about the tools available in the social network ecosystem to make it public and compelling.
