Stand up comedy
Workshop for young people aged 13 to 17
This workshop is designed as an introductory course to stand-up comedy for young people. The aim is to provide participants with the essential tools to develop comic ideas based on their own experiences, structure a short monologue and learn the techniques of stage performance. Through practical activities and writing exercises interspersed with performance sessions, participants will learn how to transform their everyday lives into a comic story suitable for the stage.
Each session consists of two parts: one dedicated to theory and writing; the other to presenting what was done in the first part to their peers from the very first session, so as to develop confidence on stage right from the start.
There are no prerequisites for taking part in the course.

By booking the first session, your registration will be valid for the entire duration of the course.

Cos’è la stand up comedy e come si differenzia da altre forme comiche. Analizziamo gli elementi fondamentali: punto di vista, premessa, punch line, ritmo e regola dei tre. Prima esplorazione dei temi personali da cui ricavare materiale.
La comicità è un linguaggio (serio o meno, lo scegli tu)

Impariamo a trasformare un'idea in un monologo comico, puntando sull'importanza dell'empatia e sulla tecnica di scrittura guidata. Capiamo come strutturare un breve pezzo comico: inizio, sviluppo, chiusura.
E se nessuno ride? Breve guida di sopravvivenza al proprio giudice interiore

Impariamo a considerare la scrittura come un lavoro di artigianato. Eseguiamo degli esercizi pratici di riscrittura e autovalutazione, ripartendo dai propri errori per migliorare il proprio materiale.

Attuiamo le ultime correzioni al monologo e realizziamo una prova sul palco. Finiamo con la restituzione conclusiva davanti al pubblico.
