SLAM POETRY
Poetry for narrating the relationship between humans and technology 13 – 30 May 2023
An advanced workshop for anyone interested in slam poetry and poetry in general. It consists of three meetings with the aim of producing a three-minute slam poetry piece for each participant around topics related, even broadly, to the digital transition: Internet, digitisation, social networks, artificial intelligence, dating apps and big data.
At the end of the course, a final evening includes a poetry slam with the course participants, who will perform their pieces in front of an audience, followed by Lorenzo Maragoni’s Stand up poetry performance.

Between Digitisation and Poetry

Brief introduction to the poetry slam, group work on the relationship between digitisation and poetry, text writing.
Truth and Authenticity
- Saturday 20 May 2023 at 10:00 - 12:30
Work on each person's authorial voice and relationship with the audience, truth and authenticity, text development.
The Body and the Voice
- Saturday 27 May 2023 at 10:00 - 12:30
Work on the performance, refining the text and creation of the set list for the final performance.
