Starting with a brief introduction to the ancient art of hypnotic language, we continue the lesson by analysing symbolic language in its main components: metaphors and analogies. Addressing emotions is fundamental to functional and effective dialogue.

Managing open questions, binary questions, and questions that give the illusion of offering alternatives is crucial to knowing how to consciously engage in strategic dialogue. We will also explore the concepts of resistance and change from a strategic problem-solving perspective.
