Chess at the Tower
Chess workshop for youth aged 13 to 17 15 March – 19 April 2024
In each meeting of this workshop, the strictly theoretical part is enlivened in order to arouse the interest of the students, with examples and practical applications, with the personal involvement of each participant and with the constant verification of learning.
Lesson by lesson, the instructor will start to reduce his role as teacher to become a playing partner and opponent, advisor and an integral part of the group. In addition to the aim of transferring the fundamentals of the game of chess to the participants, the course places collateral objectives on the youth such as, for example, developing cognitive and intellectual abilities, consolidating the ability to respect social rules and developing self-control.
In collaboration with A.s.d. Circolo Scacchistico Bolognese.
When booking the first event, registration will be valid for the entire duration of the course.
