In the complex corporate world, drafting texts is an integral part of every working day. CUBO offers a series of sessions aimed at learning about the most effective strategies to succeed in drafting a wide range of business literature. From simple reports to presentations, up to the creation of accurate advertising material. The course also offers targeted insights into web writing.

Unclear writing

The first session is dedicated to ease of understanding in texts and the overlap between unclear writing and clear, simple, comprehensible and straightforward writing. How to measure the clarity of a text? What are the stages in the writing process? Summarising: scissors at the ready.

The session focuses on rhetorical strategies: how to recognise and apply them; pacing: repetitions and analogies, phonetics, verb tenses, punctuation. Imagery: writing through the senses.
