Stereotypes on stage
Reading and transforming stereotypes through creative languages
The course aims to offer adult audiences a toolbox for decoding the complexity of contemporary life. Through four different lenses—social media, the sociology of relationships, visual art and the theatrical body—participants will be guided through a process of exploring and reworking stereotypes to build new narratives based on respect and inclusion.

Foundational theatre training. The body as a narrative of the self
- Saturday 7 November 2026 at 10:00 - 12:00
The first session uses theatrical language as a tool to promote inclusion and well-being. By analysing the symbolism and terminology associated with identity, the training invites participants to reconcile the masculine and feminine polarities present in every individual. Through references to classical mythology and literature, participants will experiment with expressive modalities free from stereotypes, enhancing the authenticity of their personal narrative. With Rossella Dassu.
Deconstructing beauty. Fresh perspectives, fresh narratives
- Saturday 14 November 2026 at 10:00 - 12:00
This art therapy workshop explores how the concept of "beauty" has historically been used as a vehicle for discrimination and exclusion. Through a critical dialogue on the role of images in art and the media, participants will engage in an experiential activity of visual re-narration. The goal is to train a critical eye to recognise exclusionary canons and promote art as a lever for social change and educational awareness. With Greta De Giovanni.
Masculinity and new digital spaces
- Saturday 21 November 2026 at 10:00 - 12:00
A session designed for those who want to understand first-hand how online male gatherings are evolving. A journey into digital environments that reveal identity needs, insecurities and new ways of engaging in a public landscape often marked by polarisation. The programme focuses on conscious relational practices as a tool for dialogue: interpreting the languages that emerge in these spaces to foster more constructive conversations and move beyond the logic of gender-based opposition. With Leonardo Laviola.
Social media in fragments
- Saturday 28 November 2026 at 10:00 - 12:00
The final event is designed for those who truly want to understand how digital imagery is formed and how it shapes our daily lives. A dynamic session exploring social media as spaces where trends, narratives and ways of communicating emerge, with a focus on hostile language and its offline implications. A concrete opportunity to acquire useful, immediate and applicable tools in everyday educational contexts: to recognise problematic dynamics, manage them with awareness, and transform them into opportunities for growth. With Massimiliano Martines.
