Motivational tools: between false myths and the drive for change
Understanding and boosting motivation
CUBO presents an online workshop on how to understand and boost motivation.
The course aims to provide insights into motivation, enabling participants to operate more effectively in everyday and organisational contexts. The workshop’s objective is to explore the drivers and resources underpinning the energy of positive thinking and personal vision, enabling participants to respond to and cope with change. Drawing on sociological, psychological and organisational theories, we identify the tools and strategies needed to understand our perception of motivation.
In collaboration with Colibrì Team.
