The
Ways of the Word is the event promoted as part of the
Pact for Reading of Bologna and
BolognaEstate 2021 dedicated to books and reading, the fusion of instruments and narratives, and new ways of conveying information and knowledge. The aim of this third edition is to investigate three areas - education, media, publishing - in which the word is undisputed protagonist in the light of the pandemic, and the economic and social crisis we are experiencing.
2021 marks 75 years since the institutional referendum that established the birth of the Italian Republic, when for the first time all Italian citizens were called upon to vote.
The event includes four steps, four debates among experts in the field coordinated by a number of members of the Scientific Committee of the Libraries of Bologna.
