CUBO LIVE – places, ideas, voices, events – is the new series of live shows promoted by CUBO throughout the country in especially picturesque locations.
One of these is Teatro Leonardo Da Vinci, established on the initiative of the Compagnia Teatrale Quelli di Grock in 1999. Starting in the 2015-2016 season, Teatro Leonardo became part of the programming of MTM, Manifatture Teatrali Milanesi, within a three-year project involving Teatro Litta and Quelli di Grock.
Gene Gnocchi returns to the theatre with a show in which the wacky comedy for which he has always been characterised is mixed with sometimes sarcastic, sometimes bitter reflections. After learning that God is a quantum frequency, he hires a technician to talk to the Absolute through an old radio and get him to explain why so many things happen on earth that God, in his omniscience, should have fixed long ago. From the radio, however, come rumours and information that complicate the problem instead of solving it.
With Diego Cassani on guitar.
A show by Gene Gnocchi and Marco Posani; written with Luca Fois, Massimo Bozza and Cristiano Micucci; directed by Gene Gnocchi and Marco Posani.
In collaboration with Cronopios
