CUBO LIVE – places, ideas, voices, events – is a festival of live shows promoted by CUBO, the Unipol Group's corporate museum, throughout the country in especially picturesque locations. For the third consecutive year, the exclusive Hotel Versilia in Lido di Camaiore hosts the festival that illuminates summer evenings with music.
Among the most prominent figures on the new music scene, Alessandro D'Alessandro, organist, producer, and composer, has put a traditional instrument such as the accordion into dialogue with the most diverse worlds, from jazz to music for connoisseurs. Joining him on stage is a pillar of Italian music, Roy Paci. Trumpeter, composer, arranger and singer. His Roy Paci & Aretuska project is known to all, as are his partnerships with great Italian and non-Italian musicians, including Manu Chao, Ivano Fossati, Mike Patton, Capossella and Caparezza. He has rocked audiences worldwide at major international festivals such as the Womad Reading Festival, Hit Week in the USA, Sziget Festival in Hungary. He has also done a lot of television work, ranging from Chiambretti to Dandini to Zelig.
