Safety? All in one night

European Researchers' Night 29 September 2017

CUBO in Porta Europa - Piazza Vieira de Mello 3 e 5, Bologna
29 Sep 2017 - 29 Sep 2017

CUBO is participating in European Researchers’ Night, the initiative organised by the main research centres across Europe to present research as the best tool for achieving useful innovative solutions for tackling society’s challenges. The evening at CUBO will address the theme of SAFETY: food safety, road safety, home safety. Together in one evening, we will explore what is hidden behind a new product you use in your car every day, inside your latest household appliance or in what you read on a product label in the supermarket.

Autonomous driving and navigation, image and audio/video pattern recognition, video surveillance, predictive maintenance, energy management, biological analysis and food supply chains, legal protection, new materials: these are some of the research areas that we will investigate under a particular focus, which is that of safety.
