Dialogue and exchange among researchers allow to foster new constructions of thought, developing along usually unexplored paths and focusing on contamination between different disciplines and languages, enhancing the multiplicity of perspectives.

Music that transforms and heals

  • Thursday 29 September 2022 at 18:30 - 19:30

When did scientific research and art first meet? This is hard to answer, as history is full of examples of contamination of languages and knowledge between different disciplines.
Together with **Carlo Ventura**, Lecturer in Molecular Biology of the Department of Specialist, Diagnostic and Experimental Medicine at the University of Bologna and **Roberto Caterina**, Lecturer in Psychology of Perception, Psychology of Music and Psychology of Communication at the Department of Psychology at the University of Bologna, we will explore the transformation processes suggested by listening to and practising music, both at the psychic and biological levels, and the new frontiers of regenerative medicine.
Moderator: Prof.** Nicola Baroni**, Cello Professor at the Milan Conservatory.
