Screen printing
Intensive course for adults Bologna, 5 e 12 April 2025
During the workshop the group will learn the fundamentals of screen printing starting from a theoretical introduction right up to the practical production phase. We will look at how the technique can be used, ranging from artistic applications and industrial ones, and after having seen how an image for photoengraving is prepared, we will create a series of graphic layouts to be printed and then delivered to the participants.

A brief history of screen printing and its applications.
Description of the materials and tools used. Explanation of the process of creating a screen print, from the drawings to the final print.
Designing of the graphic works to be printed.
Practical section

Screen printing on paper or fabric, sharing of the work done, conclusion and technical advice.
