This series of meetings is aimed at all those who want to experience and develop mindfulness to improve their relationship with food and with their body; guided meditations, films, readings and group discussion draw attention to everything that goes through our mind when we eat: sounds, sensations, tactile perceptions, smells, flavours, moods, all aimed at acquiring a new awareness. Participants will learn to listen to the sensations of the body to recognise its needs, to obtain satisfaction and fulfilment at the table through their approach to food, to listen to the body with compassion and to free themselves of feelings of guilt.
