Acquiring the steps of Mindful Eating means rediscovering the pleasure of eating the food we like without guilt, freeing ourselves from conditioning relating to nutrition, and gaining freedom from prejudices about weight. The regular practice of mindful eating allows us to observe the relationship between our mood, our mental state and our body and pushes us towards natural changes in our relationship with food, increasing our well-being. The sessions include guided meditations, readings, video presentations and group sharing in order to gain new awareness.
