Decluttering is a process of freeing oneself up from what is superfluous which goes far beyond simply physically reorganising a space. It is a conscious activity that enables us to eliminate what we no longer need – whether it be objects, digital files or repetitive thoughts – to make space for what is really important in life.
Decluttering means making room, creating a space that can generate lightness of mind, well-being and creativity: in the places we live in, in the devices we use every day and, above all, in our minds. It is a way of looking after ourselves as people, which helps us restore clarity, concentration and serenity, at home but also at work.
