Nicole Zuraitis

CUBO LIVE  – places, ideas, voices, events – is a travelling festival of live performances organised by CUBO, the Unipol Group’s corporate archive and museum, held across Italy in particularly evocative venues.
The final evening in Turin will see a performance by Nicole Zuraitis, a singer-songwriter, pianist and jazz arranger and winner of two GRAMMY® awards.Nicole is a pioneering artist who is redefining vocal jazz, earning a reputation as one of the finest artists and prolific singer-songwriters today. She switches smoothly and easily between different styles, whilst remaining true to her own distinctive voice.
She showcases her talents as a singer-songwriter, which she herself has described as a ‘modern songbook’.
As well as leading her own quartet, Nicole has performed and recorded with the Birdland Big Band as a solo vocalist before embarking on a career as the leader of large ensembles, co-producing the Dan Pugach Big Band and collaborating as a guest artist with leading European big bands.
Her latest album reflects a guiding principle that has accompanied Zuraitis throughout her career: good music is good music, regardless of genre.
