CUBO is pleased to hold an event to reflect on dietary habits in Italy and the world, underlining in particular the fight against malnutrition in Africa and the promotion of healthy diets.

The debate underlines the importance of diets and food quality, particularly in African countries, thanks to the introduction of new technologies and the use of local food products.
The meeting will be attended by **Giovanni Beccari** of **CEFA Onlus**, **Prof. Marco Setti** of the University of Bologna, creator of the FoodLAND project, **Eleonora Fino**, local coordinator of the project, and **Enrico Quarello**, Director of Social Policies and Community Relations at **Coop Alleanza 3.0**, who will be promoting healthy, sustainable and quality food shopping.
