The paper city
Workshops for 6- to 11-year-olds 2 February – 23 February 2019
A workshop on contemporary metropolitan civilisation: man inhabits and will continue to inhabit cities despite their contradictions and conflicts. We give the imagination free rein to create fantastic characters and settings, an inspiration to reflect and recount delicate and complex topics in a light and playful way, that is also quite fun!
Urban setting

We’ll reflect on the relationship between the individual and the city, drawing inspiration from the evocative architectures of the artist's installation **STANZA**, on display during CUBO's **das-dialoghi artistici sperimentali**.
We’ll recreate the characters of the urban network

We will give life to all the characters that populate our cities!
Making structures

We'll create the objects usually present in a city together.

We’ll put all the elements we built during the workshops in play and create a paper exhibition dedicated to metropolitan cities.
