Screen printing on streetwear workshop for 13–18 year olds 18 October – 15 November 2024
Through an intensive course of 4 meetings, participants will be challenged to design a textile collection consisting of several garments and will learn the basics of screen printing. The aim is to create an expressive space through different design exercises that relate different styles and subject matter to create a multiple and cohesive identity at the same time. In a series of designs created as a group, t-shirts, tote bags, caps, bandanas will be made, photographed and documented, and will then remain in the hands of the young people who designed and made them.

Preparation and design

Preparation of images for screen printing and the definitive design of the garments.
Screen printing theory and technique

Theoretical introduction to the technique of screen printing of textile prototypes.
Collective project

Photo shoots, design and presentation of an advertising campaign.
